I began my career in dentistry before computers and digital scheduling—when appointment books and personal connections were at the heart of every practice. Since then, I have witnessed tremendous changes in dentistry, particularly in the insurance industry. Navigating those changes has become increasingly complex, but continuing education and decades of experience have given me the knowledge to advocate effectively for our patients.

I take great pride in fighting for patients when treatment claims are denied. Whether preparing documentation, submitting appeals, or following through with insurance companies, our team has built an excellent track record of successful outcomes. As I like to say, we’re winning on the scoreboard.

Although I now work three days a week, I still love what I do. I remain committed to supporting our team, sharing what I have learned, and helping our patients receive the care and coverage they deserve.
